My mother-in-law was here last week and although my eating was a bit more out of control and my workouts went out the window I think I've maintained for the week. We did do a huge amount of yard work on Saturday, hauling 5 pickup loads of yard clippings to the dump. I raked and shovelled until I couldn't do it anymore. I was a bit sore on Sunday but not bad once I got up and got moving.
Today I'm back on track and had a good workout, doing 30minutes on the eliptical for 322/calories burned. Did a few upper body weights and then called it a night.
BBQ'd sirlion with creamy (but lite) potatoes topped the night off.
Now for a good nights sleep and more of the same tomorrow.
Oh, I got an awesome haircut on Saturday. I just love it! Flattering to the face instead of fattening :)
