Thank God for Afternoon Snack!

So far today has been great. Got up checked my meal plan for the day, got ready for work, made some hard boiled eggs for lunch and my smoothie for breakfast and walked to work. Mid morning seems to be my hardest time, I really get hungry around 10am. Just when my co-worker is busting out the Triscuits but I have managed to stay away, even though I love them. Lunch seemed light but after eating it I feel full, I just know it isn't going to last. Thank God for afternoon snack. Running after work and looking forward to it.
