Hi everyone!  I'm new here.  I need to lose 56lbs and I decided to start exercising and cutting my calorie intake.  I lost 13lbs so far, just need to lose 56 more and maintain it.  I get home late at times, so I now going to excercise for 30 mins tonight.  I look forward to getting & giving support.  :-)

Start Weight as of today is 176lbs, let see what happens in the coming weeks.
