Well today is day 1 for the hundreth time since my son was born almost two years ago. I am ashamed to say that I am a fitness instructor and personal trainer because of the way I look right now.
Before my son was born, I was on top of my game. I ate right, worked out all the time and was able to inspire and help others do the same. I even taught aerobic classes through my seventh month of pregnancy. Then,,, I had to stop and my body gained ALOT of weight.
Two years later, I am still trying to lose the last 20-25lbs that I gained. I have all of the knowledge but can't seem to find the focus I once had. I started teaching classes again, hoping that would help me but all I do is feel ashamed to be in front of others... I am trying to motivate people when I am not motivated myself.
And the FOOD! I am trying so hard to eat right but we are tight on money and it is so frustrating! I just can't seem to keep healthy foods in the house and not eat the junky ones! I am tired and frustrated and worse of all, my sister is getting married in three months and I do not want to be the fat bridesmaid....
I am hoping that this site is going to get me and keep me motivated... but I know that in the end it is up to me to stay motivated, not a website... I pray God helps me with this challenge in my life and helps me find the strength, motivation, and determination to accomplish this goal!
So.... here we go... Day 1 for the last time!
