Apparently they are foreign words to me.
I keep going between doing great and crashing. This week I had three glasses of wine one night that is 600 calories. Crap. First when I was putting in my food in the tracker I thought here we go, I had frozen pizza this ought to be way over my calories, but it wasn't. Not everything lined up great but it was ok. Then I added in the alcohol and look out. Yesterday I ate half a can of salted almonds and clam chowder for lunch. I think I am pms'ing thats why I feel like I could chew the leg off a horse. Today it is not even 1pm and I am almost through my carb's for the day! Good God now what.
