OMG when i started to work out last august. I was ready to lose some weight but over the months i never seen any results....... i was working out but i was just running and not lifting weights or doing crunchs... I wasnt even couting my calories.. i have seen people count there calories but i never understood it... so just today i started to look though the internet and i really got the idea of what it means to do to lose weight.. you really got to put effect in to it...... loseing weight is not that is......... Soooo starting tomorrow its on..l No eatting after 6:00, Counting my calories, and drinking m,ore water..... and keeping track of what i eat.................. i am so exicting to get my body back before i had kids. Yeah me
