Ok so I am slacking on blogging, what else is new.  Yesterday I almost ate too many calories.  But I guess that sometimes happens when you go somewhere else other than home for dinner. 

One of the things that is helping me to stay on track with the caloric intake is using FitClick to track my progress.  I have tried other sites before and they were so difficult to use I would just give up. Since I have a laptop and internet access no matter where I travel, so even when travelling I can still stay on track.
