Day 1 of my start it over plan

OMG I've never blogged before but I'm really siked about this blogging thing. Well I didn't start out so good because I skipped breakfast this morning which I know is a "no no". It wasn't intentional just a really busy morning. I made up for it @ lunch....had a healthy lunch at that. I had a salad with iceburg lettuce, cucumbers, yellow bell peppers, 1 slice of 2% cheese, 2 slices of FF smoked turkey breast and homeade Good Seasons Italian dressing and a Black Bean Veggie Burger and to drink, the best drink ever WATER. I plan to have kiwi for an afternoon snack. And for dinner baked Talipia and steamed cabbage. I'ts all about planning u know. Plan you meals in advance and you're more likely 2 stick 2 your plan. Not sure about my evening snack either yogurt (Fiber One key lime pie....delicious!!! I must say or chocolate pudding. I'll have 2 wait 2 see what I'm in the mood for. Oh and I did a 30 minute power walk which felt great!!
