Today I started counting calories in order to lose the last (however many) pounds I need to get my body fat down to a level that leaves my abs and upper thighs visibly lean. (the very last bits of fat that are left on my body)
So, I figure for the next two months I will be extra aware of the calories I input and expend.
I have already made clean eating a lifestyle and 5-6 days a week of cardio, weight training, yoga, plyometrics, etc.
So Here I go.
Day 1.
Did ChaLEAN Lean 1 for the second week .
25 chin lifts (to prevent old lady neck)
20 single slow-10 flutter for 10 secs. -kegels (to kick up the ab flattening - this REALLY works!! As well as other benefits) ;b
height 5'10"
weight 162
measurements 39-28-36
Unsightly and embarrassing loose skin on upper thighs and lower abdomen.
