End of my first week and I've lost 3.5 pounds!!!!
This is really great! If you consider the really greasy chinese food I ate this week and the Mother's Day celebration where I ate healthy foods (but too much of them) I did really awesome.
There have been times that I've felt really hungry, but I've chosen wisely for the most part and I am really proud of myself.
I lost 1.5 lbs yesterday because I spend so much time on the treadmill. I had a couple of TV shows to watch on Hulu so I told myself I couldn't watch them unless I was on the treadmill. I walked at 3.5 mph and a 7% incline. That incline was harder work than I thought it would be. I was seriously sweating after a few minutes of walking.
