Love the green days!

Yeah, yesterday I was green in all areas...doesn't happen often so I was excited.   I still need to find out how to track 30 Day Shred so it doesn't look like I am not working out at all.  Guess I will have to track the individual portions, sure would be nice to have it available as a whole to track.

I went ahead and tracked the separate parts of the workout and then got in a two mile walk tonight.  Feeling that today was a good day afterall!
