Here I go again....starting over

Day 4 is also going pretty good.  Today at work we had a Division breakfast and I am very happy with myself.  I was able to show self control and not overeat and that really made me happy.  There was soooo much food and YES it was very tempting.  This is what I had: 1/2 C of grits, 1 sausage patty, 1 boiled egg, and a cup of fruit salad/(strawberries, pineapple and grapes).  Oh I almost forgot and a slice of crusty whole grain bread. I had to guess @ the cal because I couldn't find it in the database. I've already figured out what I'm going to have for the remainder of the day and believe it or not I still haven't reached my calorie goal of 1200.  I really do believe the key is planning your meals in advance.  It has helped me tremendously!
