Day 8

Another day, another half pound lost. Didn't make great choices during the day - not horrible, but I had no idea there was so much fat in chicken tikka masala. This left me scrambling to eat right for dinner and I wound up going to bed hungry.
I'm hungry now, and in just a couple of minutes I'm going back to eating well, until my cheat meal tonight at the oneg. My plan is to have one brownie, maybe two if they're small, and then fruit. I may also have some coffee.with cream and sugar.
Weight may go up tomorrow, particularly if I don't pay extremely close attention to how I eat at Shabbat dinner tonight but it will be nice to relax about eating for an evening.
Oh, and even though it says Day 8, it's my 7th weigh-in since I started charting my weight and tracking my food here, so I really lost 4 pounds this past week. That feels awesome! Now to go get some breakfast.
