I just started my new way of eating!!! dont want to say dite because it has never worked for me before; so I set up my meals for the first few days, stuff I already have in the house, and im haveing a little trouble with my carb intake, but Im making new food list today, so I hopeing for the best , see results soon....I just walked a brisk 30 min walk with two little inclines and could feel it in my legs :) No pain no Gain!! Ive always been on the go type, but this last year I went back to school, and was working nghts as a desk clerk, so I wasnt working out... Ive gained back the twenty lost last summer, so Im going to work hard on charting my food in take and to walk everyday... I will be on a fishing trip for 10 days, Im hopeing that I can get my mind set before next week, and stick to it while Im gone, I know last year  I walk all day , each day I was  on my trip,  (Trout fishing) so I know I will be getting lots of exercise. I will Journal weekley to track my progress and help keep me on track.
