Fri. May 14 2010 Today I weigh 158.0 Woke up with the sun. Did kegels while still in bed, chin lifts while having my coffee and did Lean 2 at about 8:30(45 minute Upper & lower body strength training-utilizing core stabilization). Sweated and got heart rate up! Felt STRONG! Eating 5 meals today since I woke up early. Can't imagine how anyone fits in 6 meals a day! Oh . . . about the two-pound-a-day weight loss: I just got back from vacation in New Orleans, so alot of that is water weight and bloat from gaining weight on the Cajun food that week. It's not all fat loss or worse - muscle loss. That should slow down after I get back to my original pre-NewOrleans weight.
