Day two went really well! I really believe I can succeed this time.  I made myself a reward chart for not binge eating.  Every few days I have a reward written on the calendar. If I don't binge, then I get something special for myself! I really love the healthy foods I've been eating. I don't know why I have all these cravings for junk lately. I'm hoping that I can make them stop. I think the key to my success is keeping myself busy. I have put my credit card away so I can't go out and buy a bunch of food to eat. I can't get rid of all the junk in my house because I live with my family. If I can keep myself out of the house as much as possible, this shouldn't be a problem. I hope you all had a good day as well!
