Day three has gone really well. I ate regular meals and didn't binge at all!  I was even confronted with candy, one of my major trigger foods, and I turned it down. I think I'm really starting to make progress! I'm still scared to weigh myself to see how much weight I have gained. I know its a lot because my clothes don't fit me anymore. Maybe after a couple more days of eating well, I'll weigh myself...yikes.
