So far i have .....
Started carbohydrate diet last week , Monday was amazing all day , surprised myself until I had fatitats for evening meal .....
Day 2 .... did very well and can honestly say didn't cheat, so this has now been renamed as day 1 ......
Day 2 .... following on from yesterday very impressed even stopping off at Asda for a cooked chicken as home late from work and I can see the crisp and biscuit cupboard from the car .... amazing eyesight considering I am miles away from home .....
Day 3 ... feeling very pleased with myself. Was offered a Macdonalds breakfast and refused had diced cheese instead as starting work at 7am no chance for poached eggs for breakfast......
Day 4 ... not hungry , work very busy made myself eat my tuna salad for lunch and had chicken for tea again .. coping okay and not craving goodies .... can hear the bottles of wine shouting at me every time I open the fridge door .....
Day 5 ... Saturday - have nephews for the day ... sweets , crisps .. was even made to go to the chippy .. feel need a badge and a banner at the front door - I didn't even have 1 chip !
had to ice a birthday cake - chocolate one and even make a huge roast dinner , chicken , veg , roasties , yorkshires , gravy , stuffing balls - still finding willpower from somewhere had chicken and cauliflower with no gravy. Had birthday cake , strawberries and icecream ... actually I didn't have any - had a glass of water instead.
Very disappointed with significant other as he's obviously not interested .. def think there should be a round of applause from somewhere.....
almost forgot Sister has just been and collected children and given me box box of celebrations , flowers .....
bed early to avoid the sweets
Day 6 sweets given to my children ... can i keep this up.......
need to exercise ... my excuse ... no batteries for the Wii ......
lost total of 4lbs ... disappointed ... significant other has now given me batteries from Wii ... showing support
222lbs need to lose another 89lbs ..........
