Not sure I should have gone so overboard on mycheat day.  What good is it to eat too much/too poorly if it takes 2 days to reverse the damage to my loosing weight?

Next cheat meal I'll be a little more reasonable - and make sure it's a high quality cheat, like ice cream or home made brownies, not store bought icky stuff.
