Fell off the wagon and starting again

Hi everybody! I'm coming out of the closet here. I'm a binge eater. For the past 2 months i was able to control myself, everything was great, i felt healthy and lost 20 lbs. The last week i fell off the wagon. I gained 4 lbs by now and need to go back on track, so i start fresh tomorrow! Until it's too late. I need to lose 12 more lbs. plus these 4 new onces. I was thinking why i fell off the wagon with my eating - i banned all dieting and deprivation 2 months ago and was trying to eat healthy without abusing food. I don't know honestly what went wrong. Anyways, i need to lose weight AND i can't deprive myself. So the only option to do both is small portions. So with my current appetite this would be a toucher, cuz my stomach expanded obviously espesially for the past few days. And since i was binging mostly on sugar, my body doesn't feel healthy right now. So i'm going to fast. I did it before and it helped a great deal! I need to restore my mind and body. After that i will come back to normal eating.
