Well, it's happened.  My husband has lost more weight with less effort than me.

I knew it would happen, I'm very happy for him, I'm just jealous.  To be fair, he has a lot more weight to loose than I do and he's a man, which makes him able to drop weight faster anyway.  Perhaps at this rate, we'll both reach our goal weight at the same time.

Yesterday, I was really hungry for most of the day.  I ate well, drank lots of water (which I hadn't been tracking, but I think I need to) and exercised and nothing would keep me from feeling hungry.  So I ate more.  I am not a believer in starving myself and since I did all the right things and was still hungry I decided it was a legitimate signal from my body to eat more.  I had an entire extra serving of dinner (3 oz pot roast, 7 oz carrots, but no extra rice) and a half cup of fat-free frozen yogurt.  Then I was full - not stuffed, but not feeling like I should eat more.

Today I'll be back on the low-cal bandwagon and see how that goes. 

I've got to get my workout in this morning because I've got to get Ben to Hebrew School this afternoon and we have a Girl Scout meeting tonight.  I don't want to exercise later on tonight, I'd rather sit and watch TV with the husband (or watch him on the treadmill).

OH!  And the most exciting thing - I can watch all the episodes of The X-Files on Netflix online now, so I can watch them as I exercise.  That will make the running go by a lot faster.
