day one seems to be working

well it is now 840 and i got down about 3/4 of the water I was suppose to drin k the the sea salt. was feeling sick to my stomach so I stopped before i got sick.
Any ways. this seems to be working. I am stuck on the toilet...haha. I hope in a few days I will feel the difference and more energized to get things done.
any feed back would be greatly appriciated!
