So as i meantioned i gained a few pounds…. so what? i’m gonna get them off…but after that…. it seems as though that i’ve plateaued! you’re body plateaus just about every 4 weeks. It gets used to specific activity that you do and then your caloric burn seems to taper of and then a plateau occurs.
