Today I weigh 151.8
Did Lean 1
Had cramps as I began (just finished menstrual cycle)
Workout was HARD! today.
So maybe I was just low energy from my chemical balance.
Maybe I am pushing harder going slower, adding extras (like hamstring curls along with the biceps/calf raise exercise, etc.)
So maybe I DON'T need a new, harder workout routine, but can just tweak this one and make it harder for me.
