13.1 Miles and still stuck

Trained and Completed my first 1/2 marathon...still after all that running, averaging 25 miles a week of training for about 3 months. I have lost 1 pound. Stuck is only a single word of my frustration.
I am not hoping to drop to a size 3 and run around like I am 16 in tiny little things that my kids wear. I just want to be out of the double digits. Not have to look at that size large and let it go..I was there once. Struggling hard to get it back. Going to have to revamp my plan diet it going to have to change. Thinking about doing the "Making the Cut: workout by Jillian whom I would love to have train me!! I have done weight training, cardio and a mix of both so I am hoping her diet plan and extereme work out with do the trick. I mean really 16 pounds really is not that much and I have go the plaueau down when it comes to maintaining it after that fact!!!
