Weight is a hard thing to lose. But... I dont seem to have a problem with gaining it. I have stopped drinking all together and I think I have everything back on track hopefully. I am going to do weekly weigh ins and post my intake daily when I can. I started this thing 156 days ago now its time to get serious. I have gained 5lbs since I started, hopefully I can turn things
around. If anyone has any good suggestions to helping stay on track and stay focused im all ears.
