It all started out so well, and to be honest it isn't going too bad. Through my healthier fewer chemicals living I have kept the crib just as clean and tidy.
I have been eating as healthily as money will allow, which did mean there was at least a couple of weeks of carb based food, but hey. Have managed to mainly keep my calories below 850, which I know isn't a lot but my body is now used to it, so now I have more cash I'm trying to keep it around 950 instead as I think my body is feeling starved.
I have been exercising a lot, although over this week I have been terrible and gotten little done, due to tiredness from work mainly and way too many late nights. Need to get back into it, because when I'm not exercising I start to eat more things like cheese - not good!
That is about it for now.
Need more exercise,
Need more vegetables
Need healthier food
Need MORE SLEEP
