Im in day 5 of my program doing well. I am taking the next two days easy, and im just going to do some light cardio and eat right. My soreness is starting to ease away thats good. I have noticed since I have started working out that I have had more energy and feel better about myself. Which is very cool. I think im going to like this getting back in shape thing after all.
