My success has continued. I'm now at 150lbs..give or take a few ounces. Still maintaining the same eating plan, though I have not been as diligent in logging..... (I know this is risky.) The exercise has continued. When the weather is nice I walk outside, ususally about an hour. My goal is still 145, but I might keep working to 140 as a cushion. We'll see. Anyway, the clothes feel good and I'm thrilled about how I look overall.
