No idea what day it is

Now that it's summer, I have a new exercise goal: run 4 miles a day for 30 days in a row.
I just finished day 3 - go me!
Now, when I say run, what I really mean is:
part run, part walk, don't judge me because I'm old and fat and at least I'm exercising!
I didn't push myself with the running today because I also played a 45 minute soccer game moms vs. kids with my daughter's soccer team.
