Well I have been dieting and basically trying to change my eating habits so I can have a healthier way of life...I have been at this for six months...and then I found this site...
I have been working so hard but still have so far to go...and am thankful to finally have a place that I can just keep at it and obtain the goal I have wanted since my last child came six years ago!
I am 26 with 12 years experience ha ha ha...and have never been an ideal weight...but my determination this time has surprised me and I keep going...but find it incredibly hard at the best of times.
Well I will have to go for now...but YAYAYAY for fit click!
