I have been heavy all my life. I have carried my weight evenly all over so I always just looked chunky not morbidly fat. I have tried all diet pills, diets, excercise equipment that you can name and I might lose but it came right back and then some. Thanks to FitClick I have started tracking my calories, workouts and I am able to see why I never could get the weight off. I started on January 22 with my diet and as of right now I am 25 lbs lighter. Now, back to my weight loss journey that is actually working for me. Thank you again FitClick!
