This is it, I'm not going to worry or stress about it.
As per my status, the short story is that I want to be happy.
The long story: I divorced my husband to end an awful relationship that was more pain and stress than benefit. I met a really great guy and he is such a strong person full of drive and fun, creativity and intelligence. Anyway, I have been so happy and making such progress. Taking steps to improve my living situation, a new job to improve my career and finances, and now after that I want to take a step in the right direction for my health.
So here it is. No more eating out cause I'm fat and broke.
No more sitting on my ass for hours on end.
My goals for this week:
Elevate my heart rate for 20 minutes at least 3x this week
Not to eat out more than 3x this week
Limit sodas to 1x a day
Lets see what I can do!
