Well, for a first day I would say things went well. I actually lost two pounds. I'm not sure how exactly I did it, but I'll take it just the same. Maybe the weight I have gained this summer just hasn't had a chance to glue itself to my body and it is going to come off easily....yeah, who am I kidding! But regardless, I did stick to my calories, and I did do some exercise, and I did have some results. So..."YEA for me!!".
