My desire/ energy levels are LOW these days. My body is NOT reacting well to having to do just 8 miles. I completed my first 8 mi long run this past Sunday resulting in the next two days of my pelvic muscles being sore and crampy. Decided to take it easy and skipped my 2 mi run on Tuesday. Defered my 6 mi from Thursday to today. It didn't turn out well. At 1.5 miles into my run my pelvic muscles started hurting again. So I only completed 2.4 out of the 6 I was supposed to do today. I AM NOT a happy camper right now. :(
