Today was a good day. I have been sticking to my calories and drinking more water. However, I haven't been walking on the treadmill like I should be. I got a little hungry late last night, so I know I will have to get used to eating less. I have to keep reminding myself that I need to get healthy if I want to have a baby. That's it for today. Hope tomorrow I can get my ass up and exercise too...
