Losin the weight!

I just weighed myself and I'm at 178.8 lbs! My high weight was 220 lbs. I've been stuck in the 180s for 2 years though. Mostly because whenever I get close to the 170s I sabotage myself and find myself eating junk and not working out. Not this time though! Right now I'm keeping my calories around 1700 and working out 3-5 days a week (weights and cardio). Yesterday my husband and I were talking about doing p90x again, except this time following their diet. With p90x I'm going to be eating way more than I'm used to. Around 2760 calories. HOWEVER the workouts are intense and I'll need to eat that much to be able to keep up. I know it works because it's worked for so many so far. Plus the last time I did it I saw results. I'm so happy right now! And totally excited about going back to p90x. :D
