I've decided that it's been long enough since my baby was born that I can start to work out.  I've also been eating healthier too.  I went out and bought a scale and more veggies to jump start with.  I have made a commitment to only step on the scale Friday nights so that I don't get discouraged when the numbers don't move much.  I am also going to measure myself on Fridays.  Hopefully the numbers will seem to be moving faster and give me more motivation.  I also went out and bought a shirt that isn't too flattering right now but will be when I am where I want to be.  That shirt is hanging in the front of all my other clothes.  Every morning when I go to get dressed it screams "Work out!"
