Wow! I had no idea I skipped out on ya'll ALL summer. Here's the good news, I pretty much stayed at my same weight as when I quit coming here all the time. (+2lbs), so I don't have to start all over from scratch. :) YAY! Today my new treadmill came. That should make it a little easier than fighting for an opportunity to go to the Y. Anyways, I walked for an hour tonight, all kinds of incline! :) I'm happy to have a plan again!
