It's the lil' things that keep you working out

I just returned from Ashland, Ky. I visited my boyfriend and have not seen him since July. Equally, our bodies have changed. The time apart has only motivated us to fill our time with new activities (exercise).
His body trimmed up and reminded me of when we first met. He was definiely very handsome. But the change did not just affect him. Before I left, I got many compliments on my derriere (mostly neighbors, my family, and his family). I am very small so any compliment is great! After the visit, he called and said he noticed that I toned up. After a six hour drive, I admit that I was quite happy to work in some strength exercise to continue toning all my body parts.
So what am I essentially saying?
1. Put forth a goal for yourself in mind. You gotta see where you wanna go first.
2. Cheer one another on. You think that we start out happy with where we are at? Of course not! I was content but I knew I could do better. I finally realized that I was becoming very unhealthy and decided to make a change.
3. Go ahead...look at the mirror. You can tell yourself you look good too!
