Trying it again

Well, it has been a minute since I wrote, I must say I have been working out yea to me. But not happy with my slow results, so I going to step it up . I have a goal in mind, My daughter comes home for spring break in march and I want to see how much I can lose befor then . I shooting for 15-20lbs. maybe 3 to 4 inches off total body. I have put in my mind I can start off small in the brain maybe my body will catch up lol.... so I am trying 30minutes on monday with strength training on chest , tuesday do 45 minutes of cardio and so on,,,,,,. wish me luck on this.
