When begining your weightlos journey, you need to slowly remove all bad habbits which include bad people that bring you down.  Not everyone has your best interest at heart, and may be belittling you just to see you fail.  You may not even realize how they effect you until that 20lbs has creeped back on and your miserble wondering why.  And please don't misunderstand, this can be men and women, opposite sex and same sex, all hoping to see you fail.

So what do you do?

If it is the opposite sex cut them out your ear.  Meaning, just don't listen.  Don't answer the phone and don't entertain the nonsense.  You are too beautiful and smart to let someone of the opposite sex make you feel unworthy.  If its the same sex, place some distance between you and them to clear your head.  If the friendship is strong it will find its way back. If not then it will fade and you were never really friends to begin with. 

If it's family, well that's a little harder.  You cannot choose who your family is, but you can decide how much of what they say will matter to you and your journey.
