After falling hard last week, kidding myself that I was actually making progress, i decided this week to take it slow, with the help of Tictease (THANK YOU!)
I woke up Saturday morning to a nice encouraging msg in my inbox. I cashed in on the encouragement, and decided to cut out one thing per week, for a few weeks, just like she did.

This week (started Saturday morning) - I'm cutting out fries/chips/nachos, and my beloved onion rings.

That is my pledge for this week, starting slow, but I've already conquered my first temptation! so I'm gaining pride in this soon-to-be-accomplishment.

Also from Ticotease:
3 good things I'm greatful for -
1) my daughter, and her being such a good sleeper, that I can work out in the evenings in the basement, and not have to worry about her
2) my friends, also being health-conscious, so that we don't find the need to splurge on eating horribly fattening food when we're together
3) my eliptical in my basement that I got from my parents for my 30th birthday

on another note -- how do you all feel about a "cheat-night?" once a week? a friend of mine is doing Weight Watchers, and she has a once-a-week cheat-night, where she goes out for dinner and orders something off the charts.
