So far I've been successful in keeping the fries/chips/nachos/onion rings out of my diet this week, and I have also planned for week 3 what I will be cutting out (all morning stops to my local Timmy's for a bagel/coffee). Success is an understatement, since I have 2 opened bags of chips in my cupboard, unopened nachos, and I dine out daily at work, as it's included.
Money is a bit tight, but I am making it work, so for my dining out, i just stick with healthy choices. The waiters at all the surrounding restaurants even know me and my complicated modified orders already, and we all find it hysterical.

3 things I'm greatful for:
1) waking up tp new ideas and inspirations through other people's blogs!
2) having friends on the phone to talk to while I'm sweating it up on the eliptical, while watching Jeopardy and yelling out the answers
3) my beautiful baby and her amazing sleep patterns :)

Here is to another wonderful day of rebuilding my life !!

Since I am waking up early, and I recognise that my serving size for my breakfast is a bit rediculous, I decided to split my portions in half, eat half when I get to work, and the other half around 10 - 10:30am as a snack. I hope to accomplish self-restraint on the bread-basket at lunch.

LUNCH SUCCESS!
went to a fabulous burger place, ordered a salad there for the first time!! ...out-of-the-oven freash-baked bread was put in front of me, and I only had half :) dressing on the side and didn't use all of it. I'm SO proud of myself :)
