it's a good morning.
after a terrible week of weaknesses, and a roller-coaster being good, then falling off track, and then being good again, and no motivation to work out in the evenings that i should... I had my 2 week weigh-in. and

I'm down 2.4 lbs!!

I'm definitely happy about that. I need to maintain it, and keep going lower. I am definitely making healthier choices when I'm faced with very tempting other ones.
My personal life is finally under-way to being settled... although this is just the begining of the emotions.

I have decided to try and put the effort into separating my emotions from my eating for next week.

OOOH! and today is the end of my first week frenchfry-free, and it was a SUCCESS!!

Last night I baked 4 of those refigerator Toll House gooey cookies... I prepared a big bowl of full-fat vanilla ice cream, then the hot cookies came out of the oven, and I put 2 in my bowl, plopped my butt in front of the TV, took 2 bites of the first cookie with some ice cream to follow it... and then just gave the rest of the ice cream to my dog (lots more kisses from him!) and the cookies went in some foil.

what is wrong with me? why can't i eat cookies like everyone else?!
... maybe I'm finally learning :D

I'm proud of myself none-the-less.

Week 3, here I come!
