Thuesday - and still standing

I have to say, yesterday's workout was so powerful!
I burned 300 kcal in the time it took me to find and watch the first round of Jeopardy. As for my breathing... well... that could use some work, but my desire to work on this weekly goal was quite high.
I finished my cardio last night and felt amazing.
I need that feeling, and to remember that feeling, so that I can have the motivation to get back up tonight at do it again.
I also made the committment NOT to weigh in until the end of the week.
I hope that I can keep that surprise... and look at it as a reward?!
i will also try not to "roll-over" my workout minutes... even though I would like to, very much.
I'm also not aching yet, but I'm sure that by tomorrow I will be.
