I'm proud to blog that I had friends over last night, and made a really good lean dinner. that meant that i ate with people, and only had one normal sized portion!
Also, the second they left, I decided to work out! I got in 20 minutes of intense cardio... and some floor stuff too.
i couldnt believe it!!
I decided that I'm going to hold onto my weekly goals... at least some of them:
I'm still not eating fries/chips etc.
I'm still getting in my 2L water per day
I hove NOT however, been able to keep my 20-minutes of cardio per day. I have taken the executive decision to modify that goal to 3 times per week at the minimum.
It's a cop out in a way, but it's realistic.
And i think in a very backwards way, it will help me be more proud of myself, if I can reach that bare minimum, and surpass it :)
This week, I will try to re-evaluate my portion sizes, and not over-do it.
there are so many times that I sit, lethargically, after a meal and wish i had eaten less.
i started yesterday with this, and so far so good!
