Today I decided to get on here and get tough with myself. I have lost 20 pounds on another program but find it getting dull and repetitious. I have been slowly creeping back up again as I make excuses and allow more food back in my life. I gained 2 pounds over the weekend, eating very little and know that i have to start pushing myself hard with exercise or this will not go in the right direction. I do NOT want to go down the road of being in the plus sizes again, I just got out of them! Getting ready to go to the beach in 2 1/2 weeks and so I want to drop some extra pounds.
