Food for thought

Changed up my normal breakfast of toast or a bagel and had a smoothie instead out of 1 cup lowfat Kefir, frozen banana and a couple strawberries. That makes a big difference in my calories so I have a lot more flexibility with the rest of the day. I guess that is a good thing! So far, not overly hungry. Had a hardboiled egg and a Ritz Crackerful which is making me thirsty so I should get my water in today, too! Hoping my wife gets on board soon, too. Since I finished my workout a little earlier last night, I seem to have more energy today even though I seem to be in a constant state of soreness. I guess until the muscles acclimate to working out everyday that is to be expected and when I push myself further. Tonight is an easy 2 mile run, so it should be another early night.
