So I got back on the workout plan last night. Felt good to finish, even though I didn't complete the workout until 1am!! Strength training I felt right away, so I guess I did it right. 2.5 mile run in 34 minutes. Not bad considering how bad I ate over the holiday. To meet my goal of an average 13 minutes/mile, I need to finish in under 42 minutes. I will do it!
Need to make sure I get my sleep for the 5k on Sunday. Probably do two or three more days of workout and then rest for the race. Definitely tired after only 5 hours of sleep. My right knee is complaining from pushing so hard, but should be ok by the day of the race.
Doing ok on the calories, but not the correct percentages of protein and fat. Have to plan out ahead of time so I'm not picking foods on the spur of the moment.
